Policies & Expectations
Commitment on and off the field.
Sessions
- Payments need to be made before the session.
- 10 minutes tolerance.
- More than 10 minutes late without notice → session forfeited.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice result in a payment of 50%.
- Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice result in full payment of that session. No refund will be issued (unless discussed prior with the coach).
